Biochemical changes in leaves of tropical species of orchids under the conditions of hermetically sealed cabin

Biochemical content of four species of orchids with different morphological structure was examined. It was determined that photosynthetic pigments content increased, activity of enzymes redox was higher and labile sugars quantity decreased in vegetative organs of plants after six months of staying in hermetically sealed cabin, in comparison with control.
