The paper studies air vehicle port spatial distributions within an urban area and their noise impact on population. The aim of the paper is to provide a vision of the tradeoff between the infrastructure size of the urban air transportation system (including potential revenues) and the number of negatively affected by noise produced by the system. It was conducted by modeling a number of air vehicle port distributions for various scenarios for a simulated virtual urban area. The scenarios were
