A Simple First-Principles Homogenization Theory for Chiral Metamaterials
We discuss a simple first-principles homogenization theory for describing, in the long-wavelength limit, the effective bianisotropic response of a periodic metamaterial composite without intrinsic chiral and magnetic inclusions.
