This paper describes a methodology for optimizing the personnel of a service company, provides a classification of employees into categories, describes the advantages and disadvantages of using the moral and material motivation of service providers. The study shows an approach to the processes of managing personnel costs, taking into account the use of optimization tools in the face of limited resources and crisis phenomena.
