Synthesis, Characterization, Biological Activity and DNA Cleavage Studies on Tetrazole Imine Base and Their Metal Complexes - An Experimental and Theoretical Approach
2014
IOSR Journal of Pharmacy (IOSRPHR)
Novel Tetrazole imine and its binary Cu(II) and Ni(II) complexes were synthesized and characterized by employing spectro -analytical techniques viz; Mass, UV, IR, 1 H NMR, elemental analyses, thermo-analytical methods, SEM and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The equilibrium studies were carried out using pH-metric technique to get an insight of the number of dissociable protons and protonation sites in candidate compound. The pH-Metric studies were also carried out in presence of metal
