Teachers in Science are challenged to use Strategic intervention materials to improve students' academic performance. The objective of the study was to improve the academic performance of Grade V pupils through SIM (Strategic Intervention Material) in Science. The researcher used descriptive and quasi-experimental research methods to determine the effectiveness of SIM. Respondents were given sets of SIM to be utilized and answered.
