As general-purpose processors have hit the power wall and chip fabrication cost escalates alarmingly, coarsegrained reconfigurable architectures (CGRAs) are attracting increasing interest from both academia and industry, because they offer the performance and energy efficiency of hardware with the flexibility of software.
