The purpose of this paper was to clarify the physical experiences of male infertility of couples who were diagnosed as azoospermia by urologist. Even within patients' physical experiences while receiving invasive reproductive treatment measures such as microdissection testicular sperm extraction was investigated. Interviews with five urologists and six couples revealed three points: (1) the urologists performed the surgery on male testes for his azoospermia, but on the other hand they regarded

Furthermore, more or less, patients requested the urologists to go into more invasive reproductive treatment measures, even though there is a little possibility to extract his sperm. Also, the paper suggests that the possibility is prior to the invasiveness of male body for the case of the azoospermia.
