Housing is a basic social need where families can have a comfortable living and work in a sustainable environment. This study aims to determine related factors that influenced the performance of multi-storey low-cost public housing in Malaysia. The data are collected through a semi structured interviews and critical observation on site conducted in four location of public housing in Selangor.
