Cluster-glass behaviour of the substituted molybdenum ferrite: a magnetic and Mössbauer study

Magnetic and Mössbauer spectroscopy studies have been carried out to investigate the ferrite Fe 2 Mo 0.6 Ti 0.4 O 4 . Zero-field-cooled (ZFC) and field-cooled (FC) data, hysteresis loops, coercivity measurements, Mössbauer analysis and magnetic relaxation measurements show the presence of a cluster-glass behaviour. All of the results indicate that the ferrite may consist of two components: ferrimagnetic clusters and an antiferromagnetic matrix. The ferrimagnetic cluster may be Mo rich and has a
