The 35 addressees represented a wide range of organizers from nonprofit organizations to colleges and universities. As there is no clarification in the communication what qualified means nor what field in the wide range of outdoor life should be included. The decision was made to let the educators themselves define if they provide education that can be described as: advanced training in outdoor life (such as nature interpretation, outdoor education, nature and health, landscape, nature and cultural tourism, cultural heritage, etc.). The additions of education in nature and health and landscape were made to include education that promotes several of the objectives for outdoor recreation. The questions asked were: • What courses given and their name (designation)? How many students have completed each course annually during the period 2012-2015? • Will the course be given in the future? • Is the range of courses increasing or decreasing, and comments on why?
