Objective: To explore the causes of unplanned extubation of deep venous catheter in the Department of Neurosurgery and nursing countermeasures. Training of nursing staff, strict implementation of nursing operation rules and effective intervention of adverse factors can decrease the incidence of unplanned extubation.
