Abstract˖High velocity compaction(HVC) and warm compaction(WC) are both new powder metallurgy technologies. HVC densifies powder by high speed hammering, has advantages of low cost, short flow process and high density. WC heats the powder and model to some extent helps enhance the powder compact property. Warm high velocity compaction(WHVC) is a technology which merges both HVC and WC advantages, introducing the powder and mold heating into HVC procedure, hopefully further increase the compact
