High glucose induces human breast cancer cell viability, migration and invasion in vitro and in vivo. However , the mechanism of high glucose induces human breast cancer cell viability, migration and invasion remains poorly understood. In our study, we investigate the effects of high glucose induces MCF-7 human breast cancer cell viability, migration and invasion in vitro experiments. High glucose induces activation of cell viability, migration and invasion in a time-and concentration-dependent

These results suggest that high glucose induces human breast cancer cell MCF-7 viability, migration and invasion via the expression of AKT, MAPKs and STAT3.
