The volume of motor vehicle traffic in Cairo rose dramatically during the last three years and is continuing to rise every day. This resulted in exceeding rates of road accidents and substantial loss of lives. The primary objective of this research paper is the reduction of the rising amount of traffic accidents in and around the greater Cairo city.
