Ultrawideband (UWB) technology offers tremendous benefits. It enables new applications, and makes other valuable applications more cost-effective than was previously possible. However, this technology creates novel challenges f o r regulators. UWB devices share spectrum with existing licensed systems, potentially causing interference.
