This paper presents the implementation of an adaptive phase locked loop (EPLL) technique for grid synchronization of single phase distributed generation system(DGS) using a low cost microcontroller. The adaptive PLL consists of a quadrature signal generator(QSG) based on a second order generalized integrator(SOGI) , Parks transform, low pass filter(LF) and frequency phase shift generator (FPG).
