& Method: All the patients with chronic pain abdomen admitted in general surgery under the Department of surgery Index Medical College and Hospital, Indore. The patient is placed on the operating table with the legs straight or lithotomy position if female. The operating table is tilted head up or down by approximately 15 degree depends on the main area of examination.
