The topic of this article is devoted to the analysis of the Spanish judicial system, which developed in the late 1970s. The author of this article has studied the theoretical foundations and the regulatory framework related to this issue. The activity of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts is considered. In particular, the dialectical method as the main way of objective and comprehensive knowledge of reality, as well as the formal-logical method, including the methods of analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, systemic, comparative-legal, historical-legal and formal-legal approaches. Results of studies – using the analysis of scientific literature and foreign legislation, the main features and characteristics of the Spanish judicial system were determined.
