Some of the effects of Therapeutic, Acute, and Overdose treatment of Chloroquine, Artesunate, and Amodiaquine-Artesunate combined therapy on the Left ventricle and Ascending Aorta of Adult wistar rats were studied using biochemical estimation of activities of Lactate dehydrogenase and Glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase.
