Since the publication of this article, the authors have been alerted to several inconsistencies between the text and the figures. The authors note that the inconsistencies between the text and figures are due to the fact that some of the values were not updated properly during the revision process when changing the fitting procedure to include error propagation as requested by one of the Reviewers.
