The results of biplot analysis showed that the universities have different characteristics based on the number and effectiveness of the output achieved. Based on effectiveness, some universities have higher effective than other universities. Correlation analysis between the budget and human resources of the achievements of the output has a positive correlation with output achieved by the university.
