Determinants of Social Insurance Coverage in the Philippines

The study analyzed the coverage of the most dominant form of social security which is social insurance or public pension in the Philippines by examining the relationships with selected key economic and non-economic variables. Aggregated panel data for the period 2000-2013 were tested using Generalized Linear Model, Multivariate Ordinary Least Squares, Fixed effects & Random Effects and Generalized Method of Moments.
