Para atingir o objetivo proposto, em um primeiro momento, foi realizado estudos em autores que ajudam a entender como a criança se tornou um indivíduo protegido por seus direitos. Na sequência destaca a literatura infantil como meio que auxilia na formação e desenvolvimento das crianças enquanto sujeito. Utiliza autores como Casasanta (1974 ), Cunha (1985 , Zilberman (2003) que apontam a literatura como uma ferramenta importante pra se trabalhar as emoções dos alunos. No terceiro momento discorre sobre o resultado da pesquisa de campo, cujo intuito foi verificar quais livros que tratam sobre o tema encontram-se na biblioteca das escolas, discorrendo sobre seus conteúdos e apontando algumas sugestões para professores e educadores que queiram efetivar um trabalho com a literatura infantil aliado à esta temática. Ao final deste estudo, conclui-se que a Literatura Infantil possibilita abordar vários temas com as crianças, dentre elas o abuso sexual infantil e sua prevenção, garantindo o direito de ter uma infância livre e saudável como é garantido na legislação brasileira. ABSTRACT Child sexual abuse is a topic that is widely discussed today, but it is clear that in the educational field it is still faced as a major taboo between teachers and the pedagogical team. Given the above, this study aims to list suggestions for work with Children's Literature with students from elementary schools -early years on the topic of Sexual Abuse. The methodology used in this work was that of qualitative study research, based on authors who support the theme, as well as a field research was carried out in three libraries of municipal schools in the municipality of Paranavaí-PR. To achieve the proposed objective, at first, studies were carried out on authors who help to understand how the child became an individual protected by his rights. In the sequence, he highlights children's literature as a means that helps in the formation and development of children as a subject. It uses authors such as Casasanta (1974 ), Cunha (1985 ), Zilberman (2003 who point to literature as an important tool for working with students' emotions. In the third moment, he discusses the results of the field research, the purpose of which was to verify which books dealing with the topic are in the school library, discussing their contents and pointing out some suggestions for teachers and educators who want to carry out a work with children's literature combined with this theme. At the end of this study, it is concluded that Children's Literature makes it possible to address various topics with children, including child sexual abuse and its prevention, guaranteeing the right to have a free and healthy childhood as guaranteed in Brazilian legislation.
