Internet+ development has changed the way the economy pays. The convenience, freedom, concealment, leapfrogging and extensiveness of online transactions bring opportunities and challenges to enterprise tax planning. There is a strong correlation between tax planning and manufacturer's production decisions, investment behavior and economic benefits under Internet+, which needs to be adequately addressed.
