... alyzed with the Modified Grounded Theory Approach. 〔CONCLUSIONS〕The process of continued learning of adult students through school activities was found to consist of the following five categories:"support from family" , "motivation to pursue nursing" , "learning through practical training" , "satisfaction and commitment to learning" , and"good relationships with friends" . The study revealed that the continued learning process for adult students is formed through direct and indirect involvement of the five categories: the adult students have a steadfast "motivation to pursue nursing" based on "support from family" coupled with the remaining three categories of "learning through practical training" , "satisfaction and commitment to learning" , and"good relationships with friends" .
