Bacteriological analysis of dried Crayfish and stock fish sold in Ozoro market was carried out to evaluate the bacteriological quality of stockfish and dried crayfish and also provide some relevant information on the microflora of the species commonly found in dried crayfish and stockfish. Samples were collected from three different markets and were labeled as sample A and B for crayfish and stockfish respectively.
