Sculptures supported by state and art formations in our country have started to take place in public spaces especially since 1990s. In the study, the passage of art from monumentality and its changing meanings in public space, new space examples will be given. The emergence of new alternative spaces in the public sphere and the increase of new forms of discourse in art will be exemplified.
