Transient Visual Acuity Decrease after Inferior Alveolar Nerve Block Anesthesia

One of the most common procedures in dentistry is the inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia but visual problem can occur during this procedure. Transient visual acuity decrease after inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia can result from unintended intravascular injection. In this case report, we present ocular complication that has rarely been reported.
