We have indicated the single-incision laparoscopic surgery (TANKO) for various surgical procedures. Isolated tubal torsion associated with hydrosalpinx (ITTH) is an uncommon cause of abdominal pain in the pediatric age group. Although the diagnosis of ITTH is difficult, we report the case of a pediatric ITTH patient in whom TANKO was useful for diagnosis and treatment.
