The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of spiritual leadership and employee engagement in increasing organizational commitment and employee performance. This study involved 193 non-permanent lecturers at Muhammadiyah Private Universities, Indonesia. The structural equation model based on Smart PLS 3.0 software was used for data analysis.
