Comparison results of nasal septum suturing and nasal packing following septoplasty

BACKGROUND. Septoplasty is routinely used to resolve the deviated nasal septum. To obviate postoperative complications, some surgeons pack both nasal cavities and some other use suturing techniques after septoplasty. OBJECTIVE.
