He had a long history of glucocorticoid because of Interstitial pneumonia, and was given chemotherapy. The patient was complicated with sepsis after chemotherapy. Despite active treatment, the patient died of septic shock. There are many reasons for septic shock in patients.ConclusionsThe mortality of patients with malignant tumor complicated with nosocomial infection is high, which is closely related to the underlying disease and the application of glucocorticoid.
