It also examines the practice of corporate governance in Uzbekistan, compares the Western model of corporate governance with other counterparts. Since literature does not specifically define the notion of "corporate governance" and as long as there can not be a general method based on a comparative study, most authors view each management model as specific, appropriate for each country.
