Antecedents of User Satisfaction and Continuance Usage of Mobile Health Applications: A Study on MySejahtera Apps in Malaysia

Given the focus on the use of mobile health applications (m-health apps) during the COVID-19 pandemic, the goal of this study is to determine the users' satisfaction and perceptions of m-health apps usage. The conceptual framework for this study was developed using the technology acceptance model, theory of reasoned action, and DeLone McLean model.
