Satureja khuzestanica Jamzad is an endemic medicinal plant that grows wild in Iran. Essential oil composition and antimicrobial activity of S. khuzistanica was investigated. The essential oils was obtained by hydro distillation using Clevenger and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry )GC/MS(.
