The results of the study showed a high detection rate of chronic papillomavirus infection of high carcinogenic risk (HPV HRS) among HIV-infected women, which is a prognostically unfavorable factor for the development of pathological changes in the cervix and was confirmed in a study by extended colposcopy. It was found that the concentration of HPV VKR increases against the background of a decrease in the immune status, and there is an indirect relationship between the level of HIV viral load and the concentration of HPV VKR.Conclusion. The feasibility of HPV vaccination among HIV-infected girls and women aged 9–45 has been demonstrated.
