Полученные данные позволили выявить общие тенденции и проблемы в организации работы психолого-педагогических консилиумов в образовательных организациях Республики Татарстан и сформулировать рекомендации по совершенствованию их деятельности. Актуальными задачами для психолого-педагогических консилиумов в образовательных организациях являются выявление детей с особыми образовательными потребностями, анализ качественного и количественного состава детей с признаками дезадаптации, нарушенной социализации, мешающими усвоению школьной программы. В ходе мониторинга были проанализированы создания условий и обеспеченность специалистами деятельности психологопедагогического консилиума, которые определяют специальный образовательный маршрут ребенка, что позволяет отследить динамику развития ребенка в процессе реализации индивидуальной коррекционноразвивающей программы. Это позволило обеспечить принятие адекватных мер при выявленных обстоятельствах и вносить необходимые изменения в программу, а также в индивидуальную коррекционно-развивающую работу. Psychological and pedagogical concilium as a service of psychological and pedagogical support of children and students with special educational needs is characterized by the search for optimal organizational and legal forms and improvement of the organization and the content of activities. The article presents the results of monitoring of the staff and professional competence of teachers, specialists, logistics, organizational and functional support of the activity of psychological and pedagogical conciliums. The research findings allowed to identify general trends and problems in the organization of the work of psychological and pedagogical conciliums in educational organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan and to formulate recommendations for improving their activities. Relevant for psychological and pedagogical consultations in educational organizations is the identification of children with special educational needs. Analysis of the qualitative and quantitative composition of children with signs of maladaptation, impaired socialization, which impede the assimilation of the school curriculum. During the monitoring, conditions were created and the provision of specialists with the activities of the psychological and pedagogical consultation which determine the special educational route of the child, which allows you to track the dynamics of the development of the child in the process of implementing an individual correctional and developmental program. Which allowed to make the necessary changes to the program and taking adequate measures for the identified circumstances, as well as making adjustments in individual correctional and developmental work.
