Trustworthiness Evaluation of Web Quality Inspection Tools

In a given organization, if managers want to verify/improve the success and the return of investments of the organization Web site, they should assess the site quality during its entire life-cycle. Unfortunately, the trustworthiness of Web Quality Inspection Tools, which can be used to this aim, is not discussed in literature. The trustworthiness ranges of Web site assessments and the consequences of the adopted mathematical methods are discussed on the basis of empirical data and simulations. General strategies which can be adopted to evaluate and improve the trustworthiness of the site quality assessment process within organizations are proposed.
