The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of extraction methods and organic solvents on activity of antioxidant from Moringa oleifera leaves and stems. The results showed that antioxidant ability of Moringa oleifera leaves were higher than their stems. As using the same extracting solvent, content of antioxidant compounds in Soxhlet extraction method was higher than that in hot solvent extraction method.
