The purpose of the paper will center on functions that promote and protect equality within the organization, which has been once again voted as one of the top 100 companies in Canada, Loblaws. This paper will utilize a publicly available version of their code-of-conduct documents that outlines that firm's commitment to equality within the workplace, and be contrasted with specific opinions of current employees of the aforementioned firm.
