Performance contagion is an environmental infl uential factor that leads to change in the performance of a person who is susceptible to contagion. For the purpose of constructing a conceptual model of employees' susceptibility to job performance contagion, a general scale for testing the amount of the individual's susceptibility to performance contagion was developed in the present study.
