A questionnaire has been developed and tested by a pilot study and then distributed to a sample consisting of 106 employees where 92% response rate achieved. The collected data was analyzed by statistical methods and manipulated through the SPSS software. The results showed the organizational memory and policies influence the intellectual capital. The study recommended the necessity of creating the awareness of the organizational memory at the organizations and it's great role in the development of the intellectual capital and to setup structured and organized systems for its elements.
