High relapse rate in the early years of the disease is significant factor in achieving a moderate level of disability as per EDSS scale in the long run – after 8 to 10 years since onset. Conclusion. The main neuroimaging predictors of disability progres sion in RRRS is the presence of 9 or more T2 lesions with CIS, sub tentorial and periventricular localization of lesions, and the number of T2 cells ≥3 mm.
