The purpose of this study was to compare physical fitness variable flexibility of Kabaddi and Kho-Kho Players. To fulfill the objective of the study, 15 Kabaddi and 15 Kho-Kho male players were selected as subject from GGV, Bilaspur, who have participated at university level an did not participate in any other special training or the coaching programme.
