Assessing Residential Satisfaction by Level of Residence in Off-Campus Environment

This study aims to clarify the explanatory factors and the extent to which those factors help to predict the overall residential satisfaction among students living off-campus. This survey utilized a stratified sample of individuals with a questionnaire which was administered to 341 non-resident (NR) students, in seven groups of neighborhoods in the city of Shah Alam.
