The energy dependence of the ßy asymmetry coefficlent has been measured. No anomaly at low ß energies as n:ported by other authors was found. The~-approxima tion holds and I: W/ p2 v 12 =0.027 ± 0.007 was obtained. The matrix elements of the ß transition are discussed. 1.
