Bureau of Reclamation There are many economic problems in the Reclamation program that warrantmore attention and consideration. Some of these problems are, ofcourse, more pressing than others. One of the most urgent, and at the same time one of con-Siderable interest to this group, is that of irrigation benefits. We propose to use most of our time to discuss the basic questions involved in the determination of benelits ana their various ramifications.
