Formulation and Evaluation of Roxithromycin Dispersible Tablets Using Super Disintegrants

Dispersible tablets of Roxithromycin were prepared using a superdisintegrant such as Primogel powder, Kollidone powder, Crosscaramellose powder , and MCC in different concentration by direct compression method. Formulations were evaluated for the standard of dispersible tablets . It was observed that all the formulations were acceptable with reasonable limits of standard required for dispersible tablets. This study charecterise the most effective superdisintegrant.
