We omit a presentation of the casual levels on the palms, since in this location the casual levels are too strongly subject to both contamination with lipids from other skin areas and to the removal of lipids by chance wipings. t In preliminary "blank" examinations we ruled out the possibility of an asymmetrical distribution of the quantities of the ether-soluble film or of thermogenic sweat in all test subjects of this study.
